Arrest Made In Missing Child Case

An investigation into a missing child case has led to charges against a New Hartford teen.

New Hartford Police say 16-year Vladyslav Dotsenko harbored the 13-year old girl for two nights..

He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The girl was returned home safely following an extensive search.
