An arrest has been made in the "Shop Right" shooting earlier this week.

Utica Police, along with US Marshals and Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies, arrested 22-year old Dominick Moore of Oneida Street in Utica on Thursday, just two days after the alleged incident on August 26th.

Moore was in Utica City Court before the arrest to answer prior domestic violence charges.

Following the investigation into the attempted shooting at the convenience store located at 120 Eagle Street in which one man was injured, Moore was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and menacing.

Moore was also arrested on domestic violence charges that are unrelated to the "Shop Right" [sic] incident.

Moore was also arrested was on the following unrelated domestic violence charges from a previous incident.  Those charges include criminal contempt and harassment.
