Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney Running for Congress

UPDATED: 11172015  9:36am  Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney officially announced in Binghamton this morning that she will run for the 22nd Congressional District seat against incumbent Rep. Richard Hanna.

New Hartford Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney is expected to announce her run for Congress on Tuesday.  The announcement is Tenney's second run against incumbent Congressman Richard Hanna in the 22nd NY Congressional district. She ran and lost to Hanna in 2014.

Supporters of Tenney sent out alerts to members on Monday with the following schedule for the Assemblywoman-

• 8:30 AM- 9:00 AM: Announcement/ press conference at old Broome County Court House. 92 Court St, Binghamton, NY 13901
• 12:50 PM -1:45 PM: Press conference at Mid York Press. 2808 State Highway 80 Sherburne, New York 13460
• 4:00PM- 4:45PM: Press conference at Union Station in Utica. 321 Main Street
• Utica, NY 13501
• 6:00 PM: End with a celebration at Cavallo’s in New Hartford. 40 Genesee St, New Hartford, NY 13413

Assemblywoman Tenney will appear on WIBX's First News with Keeler in the Morning on Wednesday morning.
