At least six people were hurt, with three of them shot, at an office complex in Phoenix this morning.

According to ABC15 in Phoenix, the shooter was a white man who police believe walked into the building looking for someone.

He was allegedly involved in an altercation, shot several people and left. Of the three people shot, one was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Others had less severe wounds.

The scene is still under investigation and the suspect has yet to be taken in by police. Officers say they do not believe the incident was a random act.

UPDATE: ABC15 is reporting that the suspect's name has been released. Arthur Harmon, 70, was involved in an altercation earlier today when he shot three people.

One of the people shot was Steve Singer, 48, who died from his injuries. Another man who was shot is in critical condition. Another woman was shot, but has non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say Harmon is still on the loose and should be considered "armed and dangerous."
