Attorney For Convicted Former Intelligence Analyst Bradley Manning Officially Reveals That He Is A Woman On NBC’s “Today Show”
Bradley Manning, sentenced to thirty-five years in prison for releasing documents to the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks, is a woman, so says her attorney.
In a written statement read on NBC's Today Show, Manning's attorney, David Coombs, spoke on behalf of the demoted Army private, stating, "I am Chelsea Manning. I am a female."
Dozens of protestors gathered outside of the White House yesterday calling on President Obama to pardon Manning for his crimes.
