Attorney General Schneiderman Announces InVEST Partnership

New York is using millions of dollars seized from criminals to better protect the law enforcement community.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is unveiling the inVEST Partnership.

The statewide program offers police agencies the chance for matching funds to buy bulletproof vests for its officers.

The more than $3 million was collected during joint federal and state criminal investigations.

The deadline for applications is July 15th.
