Augusta Man Charged In Domestic Incident

A man is facing charges following a domestic incident in the Town of Augusta.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 25-year old Ty Cross allegedly stabbed a family member.

Cross is charged with assault and strangulation.

The victim who was stabbed sustained non- life threatening injures and is expected to recover.
