Jeff Monaski

A graduate of Herkimer County Community College, I began working for WIBX and sister-stations Big Frog 104 and Lite 98.7 on my second day at HCCC. Eventually I started reporting as needed for WIBX, moving to a full-time position and currently serve as News Director for WIBX. Although, born in Kentucky, I'm a New Yorker. You can catch Jim Rondenelli and I co-hosting WIBX First News every weekday morning between 5-8 a.m. After that, it's our morning news talk-show First Look, with co-host Jeanette Lenior. During the day I report on Mohawk Valley news and anchor hourly updates between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. I'm a HUGE New York sports fan... Mets, Giants and Knicks.
