Kristine Bellino

Kristine Bellino is a mom of two. Born in the northeast, she grew up in South Florida. She is a Townsquare News Network Bureau Chief and WIBX Morning News Anchor in Central New York. She worked her way up to executive producer of a regional news network and, having reached her goal, temporarily suspended her broadcast career and enlisted in the Air Force. She is also a small business owner, lecturer, writer, and photographer, who often teaches classes and speaks on environmental, community involvement, and literacy. A recovered missing child, she has also recently begun speaking as an advocate for missing children's issues. Ferguson Protest Peaceful and Pleasant at Genesee Street Intersection in Utica

A handful of residents gathered early Tuesday evening at the corner of Genesee and Pleasant Streets in Utica to protest the grand jury's decision in Ferguson, Missouri not to indict police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown.
