Authorities ID Body Found in Lake Ontario as Missing Man

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a body found in Lake Ontario last week has been identified as a missing Rochester man.

Police say 40-year-old Anthony Geiger II was found in the lake near the Rochester Yacht Club on Friday afternoon. The Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office identified the body over the weekend.

He was reported missing to police on Wednesday.

Investigators haven't determined how he died.
