Ava Man Charged Following Domestic Incident

Ava, NY (WIBX) – An Ava man is behind bars after allegedly choking his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office say the incident involving 35-year old Albert Nellenback happened in the presence of their two young children.
Nellenback was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s being held in the county jail without bail.
