Several people were injured in a bar fight that took place early this morning in Utica.

Extensive property damage was also reported at Salute's Bar on South Street in Utica when police responded at approximately 12:50am on January 11, 2015.  No shots were fired, although officers were told by at least one witness that the bar's owner was threatened with a handgun.

Windows were broken, and a dart machine and vehicle are now in need of repair following the melee.

Suspects allegedly involved fled the scene before Utica Police arrived, but two men fitting their description were located and arrested by police on Albany and Rutger Streets.

Following an investigation 34-year old Bobby Collins and 22-year old Sharron Wilkerson, both of West Liberty Street in Rome, were arrested.  Collins is facing a misdemeanor charge of menacing in the second degree; Wilkerson is facing a harassment violation charge.

The investigation of this incident is continuing.
