Bath Salts And Pajamas Lead To Arrest

Vernon, NY (WIBX) - Saying he took "Bath Salts" shortly before jumping in front of traffic in his pajamas, a man is being charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and traffic and trespassing violations.

After swerving to avoid hitting 36-Year old Jack Main of Vernon, a motorist called 911 worried about the welfare of the man who jumped in front of his car near Ostrander Road.

It took a little time and some effort by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, but Main's pajamas were eventually traded for more formal wear at the Oneida County Jail.
