Beech-Nut Recalls Baby Food Over Concerns of Glass Inside
Beech-Nut has recalled certain jars of baby food. 2000 pounds of the classics Stage 2 Sweet Potato & Chicken are the jars in question, after a report of a small glass piece found in a jar. The company posted the voluntary recall on their website, stating, "we have no indication that any other jar of our Classics Stage 2 Sweet Potato & Chicken is affected, but as a company of parents and families we are acting with an abundance of caution."
How do I know if I’ve purchased the recalled product?
The recalled product is in a 4oz glass jar marked “DEC 2016” and includes product numbers “12395750815” through “12395750821” on the lid.
