Fred Jackson's 38-yard overtime run to the Chicago one-yard line setup a game wining 27-yard field goal from Dan Carpenter as the Buffalo Bills snagged an unlikely victory on the road, 23-20, over the Bears on the NFL's first Sunday of the 2014 season.
