A Binghamton woman is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at almost four times the legal limit.

New York State Police say 56-year-old Sally Adams was arrested shortly before noon August 4, 2015 after a trooper responded to a report of a drunk driver on Pierce Creek Road in the Town of Conklin.

The trooper stopped Adams vehicle after she allegedly failed to maintain her driving lane.

Authorities say Adams' blood alcohol content was measured at .31%.

She iss charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and was ordered to appear in Town of Conklin Court.
