Black Friday Fight At Rome Wal Mart

Rome, NY (WIBX) - Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the Wal Mart on Rome-Taberg Road in Rome early this morning where Black Friday shopping got out of hand.Deputies say shoppers were allowed access to the store's electronics department just after midnight when a few shoppers were pushed to the ground near the cell phone display and several fights broke out.

Two shoppers had to be taken to Rome Hospital with minor injuries.

Robert Perry of Rome was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Deputies say further charges are pending against other individuals.
