Blandina St. Burglary Suspect Charged

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police have made an arrest in connection with a home break-in on Blandina Street that dates back to October of last year.

Peter Bowman, 19,who is from Poughkepsie but was living on Howard Ave in the city is charged with felony burglary and petty larceny, a misdemeanor, according to police.

The incident occured on October 29, 2010, at 715 Blandina St.
