Blossvale Man Charged after Allegedly ‘Striking’ 3-Year-Old

A Blossvale man is behind bars, charged with striking a three-year-old child.

27-Year-old Jeremy M. Blowers was arrested on Sunday, November 22, 2015 when police acted on a warrant issued by the Town of Vienna Court.

According to a written released from New York State Police Blowers "...struck a 3-year- old child causing severe bruising and swelling to the child's lower extremities."

Blowers is charged with the following:

• Assault (second degree)
• Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Blowers was sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.  He is scheduled to answer the charges in court on November 25, 2015.
