Blossvale Man Charged With Sex Abuse Following Lengthy Investigation

Blossvale, NY (WIBX) - A Blossvale man is facing charges following the conclusion of a nearly two year long investigation into a sexual assault.
According to Chief Dean Obernesser with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, William Blake, 20, was arrested by Rome Police and charged with one felony count of sex abuse.
Blake was sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, and his case has been sent to the District Attorney’s Office for Grand Jury consideration.
The victim was offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
