Blossvale Woman Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

A Blossvale woman is facing charges in the death of a Utica woman.

Utica Police have charged 43-year old Jennifer Pritchard with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.

Police say Pritchard was involved in a two-car accident on Febraury 26th on the 1400 block of Oriskany Street West.

They say the diver of the other vehicle, 87-year old Janet Moskal, died of her injuries two days later.

Pritchard turned herself in to authorities at the Utica Police Department and was arrested on Monday.
