A traffic stop in the Town of Verona has led to an aggravated DWI charge against a Blossvale woman.

State Police say 52-year old Donna Abbott allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .26% -- more than three times the legal limit.

Police say a DMV check revealed that Abbott's license had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction.

Abbott was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without an ignition interlock device and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

She was arraigned in the Town of Verona Court and sent to Oneida County Jail on $2,500 bail.
