Blossvale Woman Killed In Route 13 Crash

Vienna, NY (WIBX) - A Blossvale woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Route 13 in Vienna.

State Police say 71-year old Theresa Frye attempted to make a turn onto Route 13 from Mill Pond Way and was hit by a flatbed truck.

Frye was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the accident is continuing.

Troopers say they don't anticipate any charges to be filed against the driver of the truck.
