Body Found in Hancock, New York

Authorities are investigating the discovery of a body in Delaware County.

New York State Police say a man’s body was found February 25, 2015 near railroad tracks in the  Village of Hancock near Wheeler Street.

While investigators say they know who the man is, they have not released his name.

They say the death does not appear to be suspicious.

An autopsy will be conducted.
