The F.X. Matt Brewery hosted a celebration  to honor the Boilermaker Charity Bib Auction runners. The first-ever charity bib auction raised over $105,000 for local charities and Boilermaker officials couldn't be happier.

Ten Charities were involved in the event this year with the minimum amount to buy a bib set at $500.

Boilermaker President Tim Reed said over 20 people raised more than $1,000 for the bibs and the highest raised was $5,000.

Because of the success of the Charity Bib Auction, Reed said the event will definitely be back next year, but hopefully with more bibs and more time for participants to get involved.
