Boilermaker Field Continues To Grow

Utica, NY (WIBX) - It's only February, but 3,433  runners have already registered for the Boilermaker.

Last year at this time, 977 runners were signed up for the 15-K race.

There is a 13,00 runner cap this year.

Race officials say over 25% of the field has been filled and this year's race
is running about two months ahead of last year's registration.

Applications are available at www.boilermaker.com or at the Distance Running Hall of Fame on Genesee Street.

The 34th running of the Boilermaker takes place on Sunday, July 10th.
