The Pasta Buffet, now in its 21st year, was held the Saturday before the Boilermaker at the Health and Wellness Expo on the MVCC Campus.

As an added bonus, 16-year old musician Chris Cooley entertained the crowds at the expo.

Chris’ guitar case quickly filled up with dollar bills, which he donated to the United Way. This year he brought in over 4116 during the hour he played.

"This event helps United Way fund solutions that help 1 in 4 people right here in our community," said Erin Gutierrez Matt, CEO and Executive Director of United Way of the Valley and Greater Utica Area.  "We are so thankful for the Boilermaker Road Race, Sodexo, the volunteers and those who join us for the meal before the big race to make this possible."
