Boilermaker Signs Contract To Sell Building

The Boilermaker is on the move.

The Boilermaker Building that also houses the National Distance Running Hall of Fame, has a sale pending.

The building located at 114 Genesee Street will be acquired by Hillcrest Real Estate Holdings.

The Boilermaker has signed a purchase offer for the RJ Nudo Building at 805 Court Street in West Utica.

President Tim Reed says they're excited to relocate closer to where the race finishes.

Officials say RJ Nudo will not be going out of business, but will be relocating locally.
