Boonville Man Arrested For DWI Following Property Damage Accident

A Boonville man is facing charges following a Property Damage Accident in the Town of Remsen.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the scene just after 8 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Route 12.

An invetigation revealed 58-year-old Gregory Brand had allegedly crashed his vehicle while intoxicated.

Brand is not facing several DWI related charges and traffic violations. He will appear in Remsen Town Court at a later date.
