Boonville Man Blows It With BAC Twice The Legal Limit

Boonville, NY (WIBX) - A Boonville man faces several charges after State Police say he was driving drunk on Lachausse Road, in the town of Boonville.

Last night around 10:00, State Police from Remsen pulled over Scott Porter, 48, for repeatedly crossing the solid double yellow line and failing to use his turn signal.

When submitted to a breath test, Porter blew a .17, nearly two times the legal limit.

He is charged with DWI, failure to keep right and failure to signal for a turn.
