Boonville Man Charged With Harassment

A Boonville man was arrested following an incident at Erwin Park in Boonville.

39-year old Jay Nelson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

State Police say Nelson allegedly threatened a 14-year old at the park.

He was arraigned in Village of Boonville Court and released on his own recognizance.
