Boonville Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Child

A Boonville man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a young child.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 19-year old Ryan Lee Watson abused a six-year old girl on at least two occasions at his Boonville home this month.

Watson is charged with one count of sexual abuse in the first degree, a felony

The investigation is continuing and officials say additional charges are possible.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
