The death toll in the Boston Marathon bombing continues to rise with the Thursday night shooting of an MIT police officer.

One of the suspects has been shot.  A second, who reportedly threw explosives at police, was at large as of Friday morning.  If Boston Police find him should they shoot to kill in an effort to save additional lives or should they shoot to kill?  Should we ever advocate a "shoot to kill" policy?
