Boy, 6, Struck and Killed While Riding Bike in Utica

Utica Police are confirming that a 6-year-old boy was struck and killed while riding his bicycle on Boyce Ave in Utica. 

The child, who has not yet been publicly identified by police, was hit by an SUV backing out of a driveway at about 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.

Police have not yet identified the driver involved in the incident.

More information is expected to be released later today.
