BREAKING NEWS: Trebilcock Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer has found David Trebilcock not guilty by reason of insanity.

Trebilcock was facing a second-degree murder charge in the stabbing death of hs girlfriend's six-year old daughter Lauren Beluis in Sherrill last July.

Trebilcock will be headed back to jail to undergo more psychiatric evaluations.

He could spend the rest of his life in a mental facility.
