Breaking: Six People Wounded in Shooting at Fed Ex Facility in Georgia
At least six people are wounded following a shooting this morning at a Fed Ex facility about a half hour north of Atlanta.
Dozens of emergency vehicles are on the scene in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Police are searching for the shooter. Some are saying that the gunman may be an employee of the facility.
UPDATE 04/29/2014 08:51am:The Associated Press is reporting that police have surrounded the building and are calling the situation "active and fluid."
The AP is quoting Marietta police spokesman David Baldwin as saying that six people were injured and taken to nearby WellStar Kennestone Hospital. One of the victim has potentially critical injuries. Police are not saying whether anyone has died.
FedEx spokesman Scott Fiedler says the company is cooperating with authorities.
