Brew Central And Craft Beer Stories – This Week In The Mohawk Valley

Long known as the 'Getaway Region'of New York, Oneida County and the Mohawk Valley always have something interesting to offer, this week Oneida County Tourism talks Brew Central NY.

WIBX 950 in conjunction with Oneida County Tourism host This Week In The Mohawk Valley Toy and the CNY Travel Show to highlight community events and opportunities that are coming to the Mohawk Valley throughout the week.

This week, Kelly Blazosky of Oneida County Tourism joins Jim to talk about Brew Central NY. Brew Central has 10 counties in the regional effort with 19 breweries, 16 wineries and hard cider producers and 6 distilled spirits producers participating to help tell the history and influence of craft brewing in New York. Brew Central will be participating at the "This Is Living" expo in Rome on April 30th - May 1st.

The Mohawk Valley has many upcoming community events and activities for the coming week including the a play at the Rome Community Theatre, a concert at the Turning Stone, Cartoon Madness at the Rome Capitol Theatre, Hamilton College FILM Series, and a community theatre play.
