Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Brewers will be honored by local lawmakers during their next home game at Donovan Stadium.

Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi, mayor Robert Palmieri and several members of Utica's Common Council will be on hand to celebrate the team's recent accomplishments with a legislative citation.

Last year, the Brewers finished the regular season with a 32-12 record, then fought their way to the top, becoming the National Amateur Baseball Federation's National Champions.

Tomorrow night's game against the Syracuse Salt Cats is set to start at 7 p.m., with the presentation taking place at 6:45.
