Bridgeport, NY (WIBX) - A Bridgeport man is facing a making terroristic threat charge after an early morning phone call to the Madison County 911 Center.

Madison County sheriff's deputies say someone called 911 and said there was a dispute at a Bridgeport establishment.

The caller then threatented to return with a gun and cause serious injury to the people there.

As it turns out, there was no dispute and deputies ended up arresting 36-year-old Christopher Gall for allegedly making the threat. He's also charged with falsely reporting an incident.

Gall was sent to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bail. He'll be back in court on September 1st.
