Bridgewater Man Charged with Sex Abuse After Providing Alcohol to Underage Girl

New York State Police have arrested a Madison County man for alleged sex abuse.

43-year-old Frank Stevens of Bridgewater allegedly provided alcohol to a female under the age of 15 and then had sexual contact with her.

The incident occurred in the Town of Brookfield and Stevens was arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Sex Abuse, Forcible Touching, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Stevens was arraigned in the Town of Brookfield Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court on August 22nd at 4:00 p.m.
