Brindisi Announces $6 Million To Upgrade Utica Storm Sewers

The state is awarding $6 million for a project upgrade Utica's storm sewers.

Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi announced the funding today.

The project is listed on the state Transportation Department's Statewide Transportation Improvement Program for Region 2, which includes the Mohawk Valley.

It's part of the required rehabilitation of the Oneida County Sewage Treatment system.
