Buckinghamshire, UK (WIBX) - The fear of losing track of a child is one to which many parents can relate, but it is not a mistake that is usually made by a world leader.

British Prime Minister David Cameron was having dinner with his family at a pub close to his home near Buckinghamshire when his 8-year old daughter Nancy got up to use the restroom.

As the family left Cameron just assumed that Nancy had gone in a separate car with his wife, Samantha, and two other children.  When they arrived home they noticed that little Nancy had been left behind.

Within minutes they returned to the pub to find Nancy being watched by the staff of the 16-the century pub.

The mistake may prove especially embarrassing for the Prime Minister, as it happened just a day before Great Britain re-launches a program for families in crisis.
