The Buffalo Bills have re-signed defensive end Jerry Hughes to an undisclosed contract.

According to the Buffalo News, Hughes and the Bills have agreed to a five-year contract with NFL.com reporting the deal to be worth at least  $45 million with $20 million guaranteed.

The 26-year old Hughes pent the past two seasons in Buffalo after playing three years with Indianapolis.

He started 16 games for the first time in his career last season and finished with 10 sacks and 53 tackles.

Hughes was signed just a day before the free agent market opens on Tuesday.
