For the second week in a row, the case of Paul Bumbolo has been adjourned.

Bumbolo, who's accused of killing three family members at their Whitesboro Street home in January, made another brief appearance in Oneida County Court on Monday..

His attorney, Public Defender Luke Nebush, told Judge Michael Dwyer that a doctor who interviewed witnesses for the defense has not completed his report yet.

Bumbolo will be back in in court on August 3rd.

He's charged with first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murders in the stabbing death of his adoptive mother, uncle and step-sister.
