Bumbolo Makes Another Court Appearance

Triple-murder suspect Paul Bumbolo made another brief appearance in Oneida County Court today.

The prosecution told Judge Michael Dwyer that their doctors haven't examined Bumbolo yet.  Dwyer asked them to do everything possible to move up the exam date so the matter could proceed to trial on time. A trail date has been set for September 21st.

Public Defender Luke Nebush submitted a psychiatric report to the court earlier this week.

Bumbolo is accused of killing three family members in their Whitesboro Street home in January.
