For the first time since begin declared competent to stand trial, Paul Bumbolo made an appearance in Oneida County Court today.

Neither the defense or the prosecution disputed the findings that Bumbolo is fit to stand trial.

He'll be back in court for pre-trial motions on April 27th

Bumbolo is accused of killing three family members in their Whitesboro Street home in January.  He's charged with first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder in the stabbing deaths of his uncle, adoptive mother and his step-sister.
