Camden Man Found Safe After Being Lost In Wooded Area

A Camden man was found safe after being lost in a wooded area for several hours.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says Russell Kiel and 77-year old Roger Reid of Camden were in a wooded area off Dunbar Road picking berries when the two became separated.

Kiel called authorities when Reid failed to return to his vehicle.

Reid was found in a large field about a quarter mile from Preston Hill Road.

Deputies say Reed was suffering from mild dehydration and fatigue.
