Canadian Man Throws Punches, Gets Arrested For Assault

State Police arrested an Ontario, Canada man after he punched another man in the face at the Turning Stone Resort Casino.

Troopers responded to the Turning Stone's Oneida Room shortly after 3 Sunday morning.

When they arrived, they arrested Christopher Heywood, 31, who had allegedly punched a 28 year-old Albany man, causing facial cuts and bleeding. The victim was treated at the scene and refused further treatment.

Heywood was charged with Assault and was taken to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
