Canastota Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Act

A Canastota man has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual act following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

Investigators say 43-year old Randy Foeppel allegedly had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 17 on several occasions from December of 2014 to April of this year.

They say the incidents happened at the Verona Beach State Park.

An order of protection was issued for the victim.
