Canastota Woman Charged Following Domestic Dispute

Floyd, NY (WIBX) - A Canastota woman is facing charges following a domestic dispute in the Town of Floyd.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 46-year old Tracy Jones allegedly slapped her boyfriend in the face during the dispute.

Deputies say an active Order of Protection was in place which directed Jones to have no contact whatsoever with her boyfriend.

Jones was charged with criminal contempt, a felony.
